EU and UK Nationality and Immigration Law

A simple error or omission in applying for a visa or other immigration status can result in a failed application with no refund of the steep application fees.

When so much is at stake, you want someone with recognised expertise who can confidently navigate the complex maze of immigration law and the ever-changing immigration rules.

Welcome to Williams Hortor.

We are a firm recognised and accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales to provide immigration law advice. Our senior immigration partner is a Law Society accredited immigration law specialist and a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.

Williams Hortor has a proven track record of making successful applications on behalf of clients in all immigration categories, and usually without the requirement for an additional costly appeal.

At Williams Hortor you will speak to someone who knows the Law, understands your situation and the risks you face, and who can talk you through your immigration and visa options with clarity.

FLEXIBLE LEVELS OF SERVICE AT COMPETITIVE FIXED FEES

For our clients’ convenience we offer the following flexible levels of service.

Same Day Premium Service

This is available for most in-country applications and means that a decision can be made on your application on the same day.

Initial consultation
This consists of a no obligation discussion of your case for a fixed fee. We give a preliminary view of your case, and its merits, and, where applicable explain what else may be required to support your application.

Premium consultation
This is a checking service which we offer to those who have completed their UKVI (formerly UKBA)/Home Office application form themselves but want a specialist to look at it before sending it off. For a fixed fee we will check that you have completed the form correctly and included the documents necessary to support your application. We will then provide you with a short written summary of our assessment of the application. This service can also be provided by post.

Application preparation & submission
We will prepare and submit your application for you, following an initial discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of your case. We will only provide this service if, after discussing with you, we believe that there is a good chance that your application will succeed.

Appeals representation
We are able to conduct the entire appeals process from drafting grounds of appeal to arguing the appeal itself before the FIRST TIER TRIBUNAL or the UPPER TRIBUNAL.

Application for Judicial Review of decisoins

We regularly make applications for Judicial Review of UKVI (formerly UKBA)/Home Office decisions.

Whether you require assistance in relation to work, study, visiting or family visas and permits, or in applying for citizenship, we provide a service in relation to any of the visas listed below.

“I came into the UK with an HSMP visa and my renewal was denied – with a right to appeal within 14 days. I became very anxious and confused. A friend gave me Mr Agbaje’s phone no. and I called to explain to him. He took over the case with such expertise that my appeal was successful.

As a result of this when it was time for me to apply for my indefinite leave to remain, I did not think twice before deciding he should handle it.  Mr Agbaje dealt with queries raised on my application perfectly and a few days after his letter dealing with these was sent, I received a call confirming that my application had been approved!

Thereafter I have introduced many other people with similar problems to Mr Agbaje and they have not been disappointed. He has good personal interactions with his clients and is committed to achieving results. He is a man of integrity and will only handle genuine cases.”
